In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product upon delivery or are unhappy with your results, you are entitled to a full refund.

To be eligible for the scheme you must;


1) attempt a minimum of one full application on all digits,


2) provide imagery of application & issue,


3) provide images or videos of the specific fault or issue (where appropriate) &


4) forward this content and an explanation of your issue to hello@byphoebe.com.au with the subject "Money Back Claim"


If your application does not follow the above you will not be eligible for the refund and return scheme. The application will be further processed by the team and you will hear back from us with an outcome.


Upon a successful outcome;


1) By Phoebe will provide a trackable returns label for the product to be returned within 2 working days. The products must be returned in a safe & protected manner so we can effectively investigate (where applicable).


2) Once received and reviewed by our team, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 days for funds to be transferred back into your chosen payment method. You will receive confirmation of the refund via email.
